Mina made my birthday a memorable one for sure! After wasting time at other used car dealerships being disappointed when you discover the pictures on their websites don't match the current condition the car is in when they present it to you. Not at Minas, here they do a good job making sure they show all the deatils of the vehicle inside and out and you can even call them to ask for more photos if you need for your viewing pleasure. I looked at 5 other cars until I found the cleanest 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport out there here at Minas and knew I had to take it home with me. Felix was great and attended me quick as soon as I arrived on their lot. After examing the inside and out and before I could ask for a test drive, Felix asked if I was ready to take it for a spin. After the test drive I was even more convinced this car had to be mine! This is where Henry came in to help me with the loan process. Henry was very patient working with me and made sure I recived the best possible interest rate out there and even gave me some good advice to use in the future. He was very clear about all the details and made the loan application process smooth and easy. It's an amazing feeling to see that after all the disappointments with all the cars I checked out prior and all the hours spent driving to different cities from Chula Vista to Mission Hills searching for a nice Lexus GS 350 F Sport and losing a little hope as far as finding one by my birthday, to be able to seal the deal ON my birthday with this beautiful white w/ black interior 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. We called the day before to confirm the vehicle's availability and get some preliminary numbers. Mina was honest, transparent, and incredibly patient throughout the process. We drove up from San Diego the next day to make the purchase, and the vehicle was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. Very laid back and chill independent dealer. I called to verify they still had the vehicle I was interested in, then drove two hours to check it out. Felix met with me, got the keys and let me go all over and under the vehicle checking it out and took it for a test drive. No stereotypical used carsales guy with the double speak, fake smiles, and aggressive up selling of extended warranties or add ons. Comes across as just a guy who's got some cars for sale. Mina had exactly what I'd been looking for for the past 5 years. A all stock, ultra low miles jeep tj, hardtop, 6 cyl, 6 speed manual that I've been enjoying for the past week. A++ all around, would definitely buy from again.

This Dealership is AMAZING; in my search for a GX-470, they had one available that caught my attention. It was a Model 2008 with 109K, I paid almost 22K, the price was reasonable based on the condition of the Car. I live in RI, ST MINA AUTO SALRS is located in MONTCLAIR, CA. When I requested the information I received a phone call from MINA, who is the owner and Felix who works directly with him. I don’t have words to express my gratitude, first of all, I asked MINA to send me a video of the car, in less than five minutes se sent it to me showing all the scratches and interior condition of the vehicle. The vehicle did not have the third row seats. I was kind of concerned about it; when I asked Felix he went to see the vehicle and told me that it has everything ready for the seats to be installed. Probably the previous owner didn’t put them back at the time of doing the trading. I decided to buy the CAR, MINA took the deposit and took the car out of the listing the same day. That’s what a responsible dealer really do; that action built confidence and I started to plan my trip to buy the vehicle I wanted to buy. I flew from Cranston, RI to Montclair CA through ONTARIO AIRPORT, just a few miles away from Montclair. When I went to the dealership, I was surprised, it has a good size and only sells used luxury vehicles. The price are marked to sell fast. At my arrival I was greeted by FELIX, who has an incredible way of treating customers with respect. A few minutes later, MINA (the owner) arrived, I drove the vehicle and closed the deal. I had a request with a shipper to ship the car From Montclair, CA to Cranston, RI. However, in less than two minutes, MINA sent a request. Several shippers were interested in providing the transportation for $310 less than the one I had reserved. Half an hour later the shipper arrived and took the vehicle. After everything was done, I asked Felix if he knew about any Mexican restaurant, he took me to a very good one not to far from the Dealership in Montclair. Today is Monday 28, 2024 I am flying back to RI from LA Airport. Hopefully in a couple of days the vehicle will arrive home. So far so good; this one has been my greatest and better car buying experience. I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler here, completely remote as I live in Montana. Mina was responsive and easy to deal with during the deal. After my Jeep was delivered, I discovered some issues with the vehicle. There’s nothing worse than being excited about a purchase only to find problems. I contacted Mina and we worked out compensation for the issues. It is nice to find someone that is willing to work with you and stand behind their business; Mina didn’t have to do anything in response to an email. This could have become a drawn out issue, but he made the process easy again. I definitely recommend buying a vehicle here, having peace of mind that Mina is out to take care of his customers!

I purchased a commercial Van from St. Mina Auto and I couldn't be happier. First of all, it was a long drive for me to East LA, so I was happy to be greeted kindly by the St. Mina team who have been nice and helpful since my arrival. The car was just as advertised but I was suspicious at first since it was a little below the market price. I talked with Mina, and he explained he just wants to move the car and he was very understanding and helpful throughout my purchasing experience. He also arranged an extended warranty for my car as I requested, for a reasonable cost and so far I am very happy with everything. The car that I bought was in great condition, the price discount I got from Mina himself was quite kind, and the whole paperwork and financing situation went very smoothly.
